Emmanuel Xerri is a partner at Clairfield International in Marseille. He spent eight years at PwC Transaction Services where he undertook valuations and due diligence in the industrial, distribution and services sectors on French and foreign deals. He went on to work for EY Corporate Finance as director, and later founded Clairfield Marseille (previously Séquoia), an advisory firm dedicated to midcap M&A. From 2005 to 2009, Emmanuel was involved in developing LCF Rothschild’s activities in Marseille. In 2009, he returned to Sequoia and undertook diverse operations involving LBO, crossborder M&A, and capital increases for high growth companies. Emmanuel graduated from the EDHEC Business School and taught financial engineering at a masters II level.
