Clairfield advises CloudAlly on the sale to Zix Corporation

CloudAlly, a cloud-based backup service provider, was sold to Zix Corporation, a leading provider of cloud email security and compliance solutions.

CloudAlly offers secure SaaS automated cloud-to-cloud backup solutions for Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Sharepoint, OneDrive, SalesForce, Box and Dropbox. CloudAlly serves more than 5,000 customers, 250,000 users and supported by 600 Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners.

ZIX (NASDAQ:ZIXI) is a cybersecurity company headquartered in Dallas TX. CloudAlly offers complementary and synergistic go-to-market motions and end markets with no overlap in Zix’s MSP partner bases.
