Five fit and enthusiastic partners and analysts in Frankfurt exchanged their ties for T-shirts on June 13th to participate in the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge benefitting local charities. The event is a 5.6 km race with nearly 64,000 participants from the business community. It is the world’s largest company run and this year marked the 25th anniversary of the event’s being held in Frankfurt. In addition to promoting corporate team spirit and comraderie, the event supports sports programs for young people with disabilities in Germany, raising over EUR 256,000 this year.
“We are all sports enthusiasts at the office and it is a lot of fun to bond as a team as well as raise money for a good cause,” says associate Oliver Kolb. “There’s nothing like beating the boss to add some extra motivation during that last kilometer.”
