Alexander van Rossum has broad M&A advisory experience in the Dutch market across multiple industries. Mr. van Rossum formerly headed the advisory team to Smurfit Kappa Group in the successful disposal of Kappa Graphic Board and Smurfit Solid Pack. Prior to joining Boer & Croon, he was managing director at ING Corporate Finance in Amsterdam and vice president at Merrill Lynch in the Benelux team in London. Mr. van Rossum holds an MSc degree in economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and an MBA degree from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, California.
