Prior to joining SynCap, Axel Bartholomäus worked as senior director at UBS Warburg in Frankfurt and London. Formerly part of the investment banking group at WestLB, Mr. Bartholomäus also headed the M&A department of a large German publishing group for several years. Mr. Batholomäus is SynCap's experienced project leader for “old economy”-related M&A transactions.
