Brian O'Hare has been with Clairfield since 1993 and has worked on M&A and financing transactions in a variety of sectors including industrial goods, consumer goods, real estate, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, business services, financial institutions and transportation. Mr. O'Hare has published articles in "Expansion", the leading Spanish financial newspaper, and "Acquisitions Monthly", among others, in additional to appearing regularly on television and radio. Mr. O'Hare earned an MBA from IESE, Barcelona, Spain. He is active in non-profit organizations such as the American Society of Barcelona, where he was President from 1995 to 1999, and the American Chamber of Commerce in Spain, where he is currently 1st Vice President.
