Damien Coppieters has more than 15 years of experience as a commercial and investment banker. Mr. Coppieters began his career with Generale Bank in 1974 and was active in credit, syndicated loans, and corporate banking. In 1987 he joined the Group Banque Nationale (BNP) in Paris, first as a commercial banker, moving after two years to its investment banking arm, BANEXI. As managing director of the Benelux branch of BANEXI, Mr. Coppieters was involved as advisor in cross-border deals. In 1997, he moved to MeesPierson and then joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 1999 as director in the new Brussels office.
