Giuseppe R. Grasso holds a degree in economics from Parma University and is also a certified public accountant. He is a specialist in business law and is widely experienced in the areas of tax and accounting consultancy, financial analysis, budgeting, reporting and control, company evaluation, M&A advisory, and financial planning for SMEs and corporate groups both in Italy and abroad. Mr. Grasso's professional activities have provided him with a deep knowledge of the legislative context and of the Italian business culture, combined with an international experience of relations with multinational groups, and European financial institutions and their methods of analysis and valuation. In 1999 he co-founded Clairfield Partner K Finance, which specializes in domestic and cross-border M&A advisory.
