José Maria Banús has more than 18 years experience working and advising on mergers and acquisitions. Since joining Clairfield, he has worked on numerous transactions in sectors as diverse as food and drink, business services (security, maintenance and employment), health,and retail, as well as finance and insurance. Mr. Banús graduated in business from the University of Buckingham (UK) and has a masters in finance from the University of Deusto (Spain).
