Prior to founding Clairfield partner SynCap, Albert Schander was the Executive Director and co-head of Corporate Finance for a German investment banking group. Responsibilities included international fund-raising projects and public placements (NASDAQ, EASDAQ, German stock exchange). Positions at BAI (Deutsche Bank Group), KPMG, and Lehman Brothers followed. Dr. Schander specializes in capital market-related M&A transactions and corporate financing on the debt and equity side.
