Mr. Ermacora has wide experience in mid-cap crossborder transactions in Germany, France, and Italy within the sectors of food, specialty trade, transport and logistics, communications, and alternative energies. He holds a masters degree in European international management (EAP/ESCP), is fluent in French, German, Italian, and English, and has over 15 years of M&A experience including a period of time in strategic consulting for alternative energies and financial controlling.
