Sharon Doyle joined InterFinancial in 2002 and has managed capital raising, merger, sale, and acquisition processes across various industries, including the distillation of key business drivers, development of disclosure documentation and management of stakeholder interactions and negotiations. In addition, Ms. Doyle has developed a core business providing strategic advice for technology and other IP rich companies. She began her commercial advisory role as the global General Counsel of Mincom Limited, negotiating major transactions with international clients in the infrastructure, resources and technology industries.
