Nordic software report for Q3 2019

For Q3, Clairfield’s Nordic Software Report reveals that international EV/sales multiples confirm a strong window for selling software businesses, however there are slightly lower multiples compared with Q2, as well as less transactions (24) than the record level (36) observed in Q2. The good news is that the activity and interest we observe in the market from both financial and strategic buyers indicate that we will see another record year in terms of deal volume within the Nordic software space. Clairfield has advised on two interesting Nordic software transactions during third quarter of 2019.
