Ceylan Özbilun

Ceylan has been a director at Clairfield’s Turkey office since 2020. She has over 15 years’ professional experience in strategic, legal and financial aspects of corporate and equity market transactions in Turkey. She has advised on public and private M&A transactions as well as initial public offerings.

Previously Ceylan worked at Garanti BBVA Securities from 2008 to 2015. Before joining Garanti Securities, she worked at Dogus Holding in the investor relations and business development departments from 2004 to 2008.

Ceylan holds a degree in business administration from Bilkent University and an MBA from St. John’s University, New York.
