Clairfield advises KPMG AG on the acquisition of Conogy GmbH

The German branch of Big-4 audit company KPMG acquired SAP consulting and data science company Conogy GmbH.

KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing audit, tax, consulting and deal advisory services. With 10,200 consultants spread over 25 locations in Germany, KPMG generates revenues of EUR 1.6 billion. KPMG’s consulting practice with 1884 consultants generates annual revenues of more than EUR 400 million.

Conogy GmbH was founded in 2007 and employs almost 70 reporting experts. The company advises renowned large corporations and large and medium-sized companies on the application portfolio of SAP with a focus on the growth areas SAP S4/HANA and data science.

The acquisition of Conogy GmbH strengthens KPMG’s position for projects in the field of SAP S4HANA, digital transformation, and big data.
