Clairfield International is pleased to announce the expansion of our circle of partners. With our new member in Frankfurt, Dr. Christoph Matz, Clairfield now has a total of ten partners in Germany.<\/p>\n

\"\"Christoph Matz has many years of experience in the areas of corporate and structured finance, mezzanine and private equity. After working for Dresdner Kleinwort and Commerzbank, where he was responsible as managing director for equity and mezzanine transactions as well as for the management of a wide-ranging investment portfolio, he became managing partner of independent investment and consultancy companies Novum Capital and, subsequently, Value Scouts Capital, focusing on equity, mezzanine and debt capital financing for transactions in medium-sized companies.<\/p>\n
