<\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\nUn Enfant par la Main<\/a> is a French international solidarity NGO, founded in 1990 and a member of the global ChildFund Alliance network. The organisation supports children in becoming autonomous, responsible adults by safeguarding their fundamental rights, including access to education, healthcare, nutrition, clean water and sanitation, and child protection. Its programmes operate across 18 countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, delivering long-term, community-based support. The NGO is certified by Don en Confiance, ensuring ethical fundraising practices and transparent governance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n As a major donor, Clairfield\u2019s partner in Italy, EQUITA, has supported Fondazione EQUITA<\/a> by delivering more than 50 initiatives since its establishment. This commitment is anchored in four core areas: empowering young students and talent, advancing financial education, championing art and culture, and strengthening local communities and the environment through initiatives focused on regional support, social cohesion, inclusion, and measurable social impact.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n In June 2025, a 12-person team from Clairfield in the UK completed the National Three Peaks Challenge, climbing the highest peaks of Scotland (Ben Nevis, 1,345m), Wales (Snowdon,1,085m), and England (Scafell Pike, 978m). The challenge covered a total walking distance of 37km, with a combined ascent of 3,064 metres and more than 743 kilometres of driving between the mountains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The team exceeded its fundraising target of \u00a310,000, raising more than \u00a314,000 in support of three charities of personal significance: Breast Cancer Now<\/a>, which provides world-class research and life-changing care for those affected by breast cancer; Prostate Cancer UK<\/a>, dedicated to improving outcomes so that men can live longer and live well; and Daybreaks Trust<\/a>, which has placed more than 3,400 ex-racing Greyhounds into loving homes and is supported by Clairfield director in the UK, Toby Arrowsmith who is the charity\u2019s trustee and treasurer. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Tom McCarthy, partner at Clairfield in the UK, is the co-chair of the Birmingham committee for KidsOut<\/a>, a UK charity focused on improving the lives of disadvantaged and vulnerable children. KidsOut provides positive experiences through organised day trips, access to toys, books, and educational resources. Tom\u2019s involvement reflects his commitment to supporting initiatives that offer children opportunities for enjoyment, development, and emotional well-being.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Clairfield in Poland supports the Rotary Club Warsaw<\/a>, which has been providing much-needed assistance to the 1.5 million Ukrainian refugees in Poland.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Marek Wr\u00f3blewski, partner at Clairfield in Poland, was the winner of this year\u2019s Clairfield photo contest. He chose to donate his prize money to Fundacja Dzieciom \u201cZd\u0105\u017cy\u0107 z Pomoc\u0105<\/a>\u201d. The Children\u2019s Foundation \u201cHelp on Time\u201d is a cause deeply meaningful to him, and through this contribution, we support one of Poland\u2019s largest non-governmental organisations dedicated to improving the lives of seriously ill children and those living with disabilities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Clairfield’s chair, Alexander Klemm, supports Johanniter<\/a>‘s work in Germany. The organisation delivers healthcare and rescue services to vulnerable communities across Europe, particularly in the UK and Germany, and provides comparable services and disaster relief worldwide. Alongside its well-known ambulance services, it operates care hospitals, nursing homes, and specialised institutions for people with disabilities in Central Europe, as well as local support organisations focused on helping older people in need, individuals with special needs, and youth mentoring.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Esra Ar, an associate at Clairfield in Turkey, volunteers at Kurtaran Ev<\/a>, one of T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s largest rescue organisations. She explains, \u201cThis shelter cares for more than 1,000 stray dogs and requires continuous support. Recent government regulations, combined with unregulated breeding, have resulted in severe overcrowding in shelters, leading to devastating consequences for many strays. The more support we can provide, the more lives we can protect. Each winter, I also foster a Kurtaran Ev dog in addition to my own Kurtaran Ev \u2018graduate\u2019. Fostering offers vulnerable dogs protection and significantly increases their chance of adoption.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Clairfield partner Dirk Middelhoff is a committed supporter of Deutsche Krebshilfe<\/a>. As he explains, \u201cI support Deutsche Krebshilfe personally and through my professional network because, as a triathlete and cancer survivor, I understand how vital its programmes dedicated to movement and sport \u2014 including more than 2,000 cancer sports groups across Germany \u2014 are for prevention, for coping with the disease, and for recovery.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n We chose to support UVNEH<\/a> because we really believe in the way they help families get back on their feet. Founded in 2005, the association doesn\u2019t just offer short-term aid; it provides real, long-term support, including food supplies, economic assistance, healthcare, and access to care. Our team in Tel Aviv is proud to support UVNEH.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Our Clairfield team in Brazil sponsored two recent fundraising initiatives. A fundraising golf tournament for the Corujinha<\/a> project, this project provides golf instruction to 67 public school students in Louveira, S\u00e3o Paulo, aged 7 to 16. Of these participants, 32 already have a handicap and are ready to participate in the juvenile tournaments organised by the S\u00e3o Paulo Golf Federation (Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Paulista de Golfe). The second initiative is the Comunica TEA<\/a> charity dinner, featuring an auction of signed sports memorabilia, with all proceeds donated to ComunicaTEA, a non-profit organisation supporting families with children who have complex communication challenges, including autism and visual impairments.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Clairfield\u2019s Australian team is a longtime supporter of initiatives at the University of Queensland<\/a> that reflect its commitment to education, diversity, and inclusion. The \u00abInterFinancial Excellence in Economics Scholarship,\u00bb established in 2019 in memory of founder Paul Rogers, provides financial assistance to disadvantaged economics students. Another initiative is the QUT<\/a> Law Founders\u2019 Scholarship Fund, created by majority shareholder Sharon Doyle, to support first-year law students facing financial hardship through scholarships, educational resources, and peer connections. The team also supports the UQ Women\u2019s Network<\/a>, a student society dedicated to empowering young women with the skills, confidence, and network to excel in traditionally male-dominated industries. This aligns with Clairfield Australia\u2019s own identity as a majority female-owned company, with a majority-women board and predominantly female staff, who are all committed to playing it forward.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Our Australian team also supports the state\u2019s leading animal welfare charity, The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Queensland (RSPCA QLD<\/a>), dedicated to improving the lives of all domestic, farmed, and native animals throughout Queensland. Formed in 1883, this charity has cared for over 45,000 animals every year.
