His primary focus is in the consumer and healthcare sectors, where he has completed several transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Steve has has close to 15 years\u2019 corporate finance experience working primarily with private businesses, and he has been involved in a wide range of transactions, including disposals, acquisitions, capital raising and MBOs. Before joining Clairfield, he worked in the restructuring team at Grant Thornton, where he focused primarily on business reviews and accelerated mergers &amp; acquisitions processes.
