Joseph is the managing director of Clairfield International’s Tel Aviv office, bringing 25 years of expertise as a TMT banker. Throughout his career, Joseph executed crossborder M&A transactions, driving value for clients across the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. His expertise is advising companies through successful IPOs on the NASDAQ and London\u2019s AIM.<\/p>\n
Joseph’s experience includes facilitating foreign investments for M&A, private placements, and PIPES, where he has developed a strong network of relationships with private equity and venture funds. He previously served as a partner of Catalyst Investments, a venture fund managing a portfolio of tech investments to exit. <\/p>\n
Earlier in his career, Joseph served as the country manager for Sumitomo Corporation in Tel Aviv, negotiating crossborder joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
