Daniella is an experienced financial professional and was appointed as director of valuations and M&A at Clairfield in Spain in 2025.<\/p>\n

With over 15 years of financial industry experience, she has developed extensive expertise in company and intangible asset valuations, financial modelling, business plan analysis, and transaction advisory services. Her background and leadership in financial services make her an asset to clients navigating complex transactions.<\/p>\n

Daniella began her career in 2009 with PwC Spain\u2019s deal team in Madrid, focusing on valuations across various industries. Her role involved financial modelling, market analysis, and servicing as an independent expert. In 2017, she moved to PwC\u2019s Barcelona office, where she expanded her expertise into transaction advisory (M&A). Appointed as director in 2022, Daniella led clients through the entire M&A process, from origination to closing.<\/p>\n
