With more than 80 employees, Spectral offset over 5000 <\/span><\/span>tonnes<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>of CO2 in 2022. An investment from SIF is set to fuel <\/span><\/span>Spectral’s<\/span><\/span>\u00a0growth, promising substantial reduction in carbon\u00a0<\/span><\/span>emissions, enhanced energy efficiency, and alleviated grid\u00a0<\/span><\/span>congestion.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

ABN AMRO’s Sustainable Impact Fund, <\/span><\/span>exclusively funded and managed by ABN AMRO, invests\u00a0<\/span><\/span>in companies and early-stage projects in key transition sectors to\u00a0<\/span><\/span>accelerate the energy, circular, and social impact pillars.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In this transaction, <\/span>Clairfield<\/span>\u00a0advised Spectral\u00a0<\/span>as exclusive financial advisor during the full\u00a0<\/span>Series A round. It approached investors with a\u00a0<\/span>long-term, sustainable horizon and eventually\u00a0<\/span>closed the round with SIF. Clairfield has a strong track record in both energy & cleantech as well as tech, software & digital sectors.
