It has a strong focus on supporting projects with sustainable impact across Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2018 by Sebastian Schmidt and Wolfgang R\u00f6big, GIGA.GREEN offers renewable energy solutions that grant commercial clients access to low-cost and long-term solar energy without requiring any upfront investments. The company aims to contribute to emission reduction and save one gigaton of CO\u2082 in partnership with its clients.<\/p>\n<p>Clairfield International acted as exclusive financial advisor to
