Andreas Loly

Andreas joined Clairfield in 2019, and he has more than seven years’ experience in mergers & acquisitions, transactions and advisory. At Clairfield, he has worked on several M&A transactions, sell-side and buy-side, for both public and private companies.

Previously he worked for five years at Deloitte, primarily in financial due diligence issues for transactions in the Nordic market.

Andreas holds a masters in applied economics and finance from the Copenhagen Business School.
