Einar Haugstad

Einar is one of two founding partners of Clairfield’s Oslo office. Since its inception in 1997 he has assisted clients in crossborder mergers & acquisitions transactions, international trade sales, and equity issues in several different sectors.

Early in his career, Einar gained considerable industrial and TMT experience by serving as executive vice president and a member of the board of Scala Inc, as well as on a number of growth boards.

Einar graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in management sciences.
