Frank de Lange

Frank is founder and partner of Clairfield in the Netherlands and a member of the board of Clairfield International. Throughout the years, he has been involved with hundreds of companies and transactions  in various capacities, including as an advisor, investor, director, and investment manager.

Starting in 1993, Frank participated in the launch and growth of Deloitte Corporate Finance. From 2001 to June 2004, he worked for NPM Capital in Amsterdam, one of the largest private equity firms in the Netherlands,  where  he was actively involved in managing a portfolio of companies. In July 2004, he founded Clairfield in the Netherlands, then called Vondel Finance.

Frank possesses a deep understanding of business across multiple sectors, with specialised expertise in TIC (Testing Inspection Certification), the staffing industry, clean tech industry and TMT.

Frank holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Groningen and studied at Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
