Keith Ng

Keith is manager at Yamada Consulting Group, Clairfield’s exclusive partner in Japan and Singapore. A trilingual professional fluent in Japanese, English, and Chinese, Keith specialises in acquisitions and investments across diverse sectors, including healthcare, education, food, and energy/sustainability. His responsibilities encompass the entire execution process of mergers & acquisitions transactions, from pre-acquisition strategy to post-merger integration.

Keith joined Yamada Consulting Group in Tokyo in 2018, and was posted to the Singapore office in 2020.

Keith is a CFA charterholder and graduated with an honours degree in chemical and biomolecular engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
