Peter Brown

Peter is a partner at Clairfield in Canada and has been an investment banker for over 20 years, advising on mergers and acquisitions for mid-sized companies.

Peter’s experience includes acquisitions, financings, divestitures and restructurings in the healthcare, aerospace, transportation, contract manufacturing, and various other industries. He is a director of a number of private companies and an advisor to many family-owned businesses.

Peter graduated with a degree in commerce with honours from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.
