After working for Sal. Oppenheim, HSBC and UBS, he was managing director of the pan-European investment bank Kepler Chevreux (formerly Kepler Capital Markets) for six years. Since 2014 he has also been a professor of investment banking at the HfWU N\u00fcrtingen-Geislingen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7991 size-thumbnail alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.clairfield.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DE-Michael-Haas-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>Michael Haas, CFA and a graduate of business mathematics, founded PeriCap in 2013 together with Prof. Ragotzky. Since then, he has advised medium-sized and growth companies in the areas of M&amp;A and capital procurement. Prior to this, Michael Haas also spent six years with Kepler Chevreux, most recently as director of corporate finance. His previous professional experience includes positions at BDO Transaction Services, Bankhaus Lampe M&amp;A, and NIBC Infrastructure Financing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With these additions Clairfield International \u2013 one of the world\u2019s leading M&amp;A advisors for midmarket transactions \u2013 has once again expanded its circle of partners. With new members in Frankfurt, Clairfield now has a total of ten partners in Germany.
