However, software transactions this quarter are down on last year&rsquo;s Q3 transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The last twelve months showed an impressive 138 software transactions, although this shows around a 20% drop in transaction volume compared to Q3 2021. The spread in opinions of valuations is noticeable in the private market, which is a key reason for this quarter&rsquo;s reduction in transaction volume. Denmark and Norway were the most active markets in Q3 2022.
