Tom\u00e1\u0161 joined Clairfield in the Czech Republic in 2019. As executive director, he is responsible for managing the country team and leading corporate finance mandates from inception through to execution. His advisory work spans mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, shareholder settlements, valuations, and fairness opinions across a wide range of sectors.<\/p>\n

Tom\u00e1\u0161 brings over 10 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance. Prior to joining Clairfield, he spent more than four years at Aakon Capital, a Czech family office, where he led investment processes, sourced new M&A opportunities, and supported strategic development at portfolio companies, primarily in the engineering, transportation and gastronomy sectors.<\/p>\n

In addition to his role at Clairfield, Tom\u00e1\u0161 is a member of the supervisory board of the Investors Club, where he previously served as president from 2014 to 2015.<\/p>\n
