Alex joined Clairfield in Spain as an intern in 2024. His dedication, analytical skills, and strong performance led him to be offered a full-time position as an analyst.<\/p>\n
Now an integral part of the deal team, he works on transactions across multiple sectors, conducting extensive market research, and preparing key transaction materials such as pitch presentations, teasers, and information memorandums. He performs financial analysis and modelling while supporting the Clairfield partners with deal origination and due diligence processes, coordinating with management, finance, legal, HR, and IT teams.<\/p>\n
Fluent in three languages, Alex has a global outlook. During his university studies, he participated in two exchange programmes \u2014 one in Suwon, South Korea, and another in Monterrey, Mexico \u2014 with a strong focus on corporate finance. At Clairfield, he collaborates with partner offices worldwide on buy and sell-side mandates, making him an asset to Clairfield\u2019s international operations. Alex is also a committed member of the Youth Economic Circle (YEC), an international association dedicated to fostering the professional and personal development of the next generation of leaders.<\/p>\n
