Thanks to the acquisition of Bluesoft, Orange will continue its strategy to refocus on value-added IT services dedicated to large blue-chip clients. Since 2018 Bluesoft is also the owner of a majority stake in Essembli, a Polish leader in the implementation and maintenance of specialized Oracle solutions for large energy groups with the largest Oracle Customer Care and Billing team of experts in Poland.<\/p>\n
Clairfield International acted as financial advisor to Orange Polska.\u00a0This acquisition marks the third Clairfield advisory deal for Orange in Poland.
