The buyer is a consortium of three investors, led by Kofola Group, a publicly traded leading beverage company operating in Central and Eastern Europe together with RSJ Investment Group, a private equity company that focuses on investments in the Czech Republic and \u00dasovsko, a Czech agricultural holding.<\/p>\n
With this acquisition, Kofola Group enters the beer sector, further expanding its activities in Central and Eastern Europe and solidifying its position as a market leader.
