With offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg, the company has approximately 135 employees who specialize in corporate taxation and indirect taxes, financial due diligence, valuation and accounting. In 2023, Svalner partnered with Alder to expand its services to Finland.<\/p>\n
Founded in 2010, Atlas is the largest independent tax advisory firm in the Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam, Atlas employs approximately 80 professionals specialized in the fields of corporate and personal income tax, M&A tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing and HR tax.<\/p>\n
With more than 260 professionals, the Svalner Atlas Group will operate from Stockholm, Amsterdam, Helsinki, Gothenburg and Turku, delivering top-tier advisory services in the Nordics and Benelux.<\/p>\n
