Over 30 investors expressed serious interest, particularly from Japan, where Plalloy\u2019s European footprint held significant strategic relevance. Intensive discussions were conducted with roughly 12 investors, resulting in numerous indicative offers. In a competitive bidding process, Kisco ultimately prevailed as the ideal strategic partner, driven by strong economic synergies and a high degree of cultural compatibility.<\/p>\n
Through the sale to Kisco, Clairfield secured a future-oriented investor for Plalloy, one that will support the company\u2019s continued growth as a European quality leader in plastic compounding.<\/p>\n
