Michal has over 12 years’ experience in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions.

Michal has worked on a number of crossborder deals in several sectors including IT, healthcare, FMCG and industrial. His landmark transactions include parties such as Nesperta (owner of Semilac brand), Dotpay, BrainSHARE, and iParts.

Michał holds a masters from Krakow University of Economics and completed a post-graduate in corporate law at the University of Warsaw.
