Walter Kortleve

Walter joined Clairfield Netherlands in 2022 after completing internships at the firm and at a private equity investor. Prior to joining Clairfield, he gained entrepreneurial experience by founding and operating his own e-commerce business.

Since joining Clairfield, Walter has advised entrepreneurs, corporates and private equity investors on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on technology and software-related businesses, as well as the sustainability sector.

Walter holds a bachelor of science in industrial engineering and management and a master of science in finance from the University of Groningen.
