Starhome provides an array of wireless mobility services, including data exchange between mobile providers, financial clearing, steering of roaming, real time anti-fraud, analytics, and IoT. The company provides mobile solutions and services for operators and other communication environments worldwide.<\/p>\n

Telarix provides interconnect business optimization solutions services and business support systems to telecom operators in over 200 countries using a community of over 4,000 telecom providers. The company saves its customers time and money by leveraging cloud-based solutions: automating intercarrier service purchases, confirming rates in real time, and speeding up the entire buy and sell process for international business calls.<\/p>\n

The acquisition positions Telarix, a Vista portfolio company, as a leader in the mobile value-added services industry with the addition of Starhome\u2019s roaming cloud-based solutions, including data clearing and reporting.<\/p>\n

Clairfield International in Israel acted as exclusive financial advisor to Starhome Mach.<\/p>\n
