\"\"Vivino, the world\u2019s largest mobile wine app, closed a USD 155 million Series D funding round. Dial Partners, Clairfield\u2019s partner firm in London, advised Vivino\u2019s largest shareholder, SCP Neptune International.\u00a0 Joining SCP Neptune International to support the next phase of Vivino\u2019s development is Swedish investment firm Kinnevik AB.<\/p>\n

SCP Neptune International is a private investment firm led by the family office of Christophe Navarre, former Moet Hennessy CEO and chairman of Vivino and VinExpo, and member of the Heineken Advisory Board.<\/p>\n

Vivino is the world\u2019s most downloaded mobile wine app and is the largest online wine marketplace, with a community of 50 million wine enthusiasts and 700 marketplace partners worldwide. The company has posted a 100% annual growth rate for the last seven years and a 103% increase in year-over-year sales in 2020.<\/p>\n

Dial Partners has advised SCP Neptune International, whose chairman Christophe Navarre is also chairman of Vivino, on the group\u2019s investment in Vivino since 2015, supporting the company\u2019s previous Series B and Series C funding rounds in 2016 and 2018, respectively.\u00a0 This latest round brings Vivino\u2019s total funds raised to date to $221 million. The Dial Partners team was led by managing director Nabhan El Haddad.<\/p>\n
