Central Europe Trust (CET), one of the oldest corporate finance firms in Poland, is pleased to announce its rebranding to Clairfield International. Based in Warsaw, CET has been a respected leading transaction advisor since 1989, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and raising capital for local and international clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the firm\u2019s illustrious history and having been part of the Clairfield group for over 15 years, Clairfield Poland consistently ranks in the top ten financial advisory firms in Eastern Europe. With expertise in healthcare, technology, and energy, the firm is focused on industries of the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CET became a partner of Clairfield International in 2009 and since then has been involved in many crossborder transactions. Some of the firm’s notable deals within the last year include advising Infinitas on the acquisition of WSiP, a leading education publisher in Poland and acting as financial and business advisor to Zak\u0142ad Automatyki Kombud on its merger, which created a holding with annual revenues exceeding PLN 500 million (EUR 113 million).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clairfield\u2019s Eastern European presence includes partners in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Romania in addition to Poland. The name change is being celebrated at a Clairfield International partners\u2019 meeting in Gdansk, Poland. Over 60 Clairfield partners from 21 Clairfield offices have gathered in Gdansk for two days of information sharing, elevated learning, networking, workshops, presentations from five highly respected guest speakers, and a celebration of the firm\u2019s adoption of the Clairfield brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
