Daniel highlights the value of having a strong narrative behind every acquisition and explains how adaptability, innovation, and cultural alignment are key factors when assessing targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Orisha has a very client-centric culture. We look for those same traits when we meet a potential target. Are they focused on their clients? Are they adaptable and willing to innovate?
