His practice is focused on providing M&amp;A advisory to companies in the life science sector, particularly near-revenue companies based in the United States and Western and Central Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Edward graduated with a degree in economics and industrial management from Carnegie Mellon University. He is also a graduate of the Vermont Law School, where he received the Award of Academic Excellence for Law &amp; Economics.
