Agrozet Ceske Budejovice is a traditional distributor of machinery for agricultural production, outdoor public spaces, and forestry, including a wide range of spare parts, as well as equipment for the home, workshops, breeding and farming, and the garden. The company has a 60-year track record and sells brands such as P\u00f6ttinger, John Deere, Fliegl, ZETOR, Dieci, and others. AGROZET also provides professional technical service to its customers at most of its 14 sales centers across the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n

Two of the four former shareholders of Agrozet\u00a0 have retained a minority share in the company to participate in its future growth. Clairfield provided the advisory on the shareholder\u2019s agreement among the new owner and remaining shareholders, who remain in the management of the company in order to ensure a smooth transition to the new owner.<\/p>\n
