Edward Grey

Edward Grey is a managing director based in New York City. His practice is focused on providing M&A advisory to companies in the life science sector, particularly near-revenue companies based in the United States and Western and Eastern Europe.

Edward graduated with a degree in economics and industrial management from Carnegie Mellon University. He is also a graduate of the Vermont Law School, where he received the Award of Academic Excellence for Law & Economics. Edward holds a certificate from Kyoto University in statistical methods for gene mapping and he was the capital markets editor for the prestigious Middle East Business Magazine & News.
