Julie Berggreen Jørgensen

Julie joined Clairfield in Denmark in 2020 as an analyst and now holds the position of Senior Associate. Based in Copenhagen, Julie executes mid-market M&A transactions, focusing on financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring. She works closely with the senior leadership team and clients on domestic and crossborder transactions.

Before joining the company, she worked at Nordea Asset Management, where she worked as the assistant business controller for nearly two years.

Julie graduated with a degree in economics and business administration and holds a master’s in finance and accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
