Michał Stosio

Michał is an associate partner at Clairfield in Poland, which he joined in 2015. He has over 10 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and financial modelling. His core sector expertise spans business services, TMT, healthcare, and industrials. His key clients have included Orange, Nets, H&F, Kombud, and MotoProfil.

Michał’s spotlight transactions cover the consolidation of the Polish electronic payments market by Nets through the acquisitions of PeP, Przelewy24 and Dotpay/eCard, as well as the repositioning of Orange’s services in Poland, including the acquisition of BlueSoft.

Michał holds a Master’s degree in finance and accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics.
