Milan is responsible for managing the corporate finance team in the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n

Milan has more than 21 years\u2019 experience in corporate finance, the management of ownership interests, and capital markets (\u010cSOB, TPA Corporate Finance and Patria).<\/p>\n

Prior to joining the firm, he worked for the advisory company TPA Corporate Finance, where he participated in small and mid-scale, local and regional M&A projects. Some of the notable projects that Milan has participated in include advisory to DITON in the acquisition and debt restructuring of Beton Bro\u017e; advisory to EAA-OIL (Italy) in the acquisition of HI-OIL; the settlement between the shareholders of EKO \u2013 Logistics; advisory to the owners in the divestiture of Farmtec to AGROFERT; advisory to the owners in the divestiture of 2VV to SystemAir (Sweden); and many others. He managed the sale process of \u00dan\u011b\u0161ovsk\u00fd statek to the Consillium family office, the acquisition of ARDEAPHARMA and DEVA Nutrition by INTERLACTO, the acquisition of Agrospol Star\u00fd Pelh\u0159imov by Farma Berounka, the acquisition of Smetanov\u00e1 cukr\u00e1rna by COINTRA and divestment of the traditional distributor of agricultural machinery, AGROZET \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice to GES GROUP. Milan is actively involved in many of the valuations as well as undertaking financial and commercial due diligence.<\/p>\n
