Kylie Sprott

Kylie is a business transformation leader with over 30 years of demonstrated achievement and experience working across various industries, including IT, financial services, engineering, environmental services, manufacturing, and legal services. Kylie focuses on innovation and how this applies to people, culture, technology, and business growth. Her creativity, extensive M&A skills, and global experience make her a unique business contributor.

As an expert in culture mapping, Kylie has conducted due diligence and led the global integration of over 25 organisations. She has worked with businesses varying in size from 100 to over 8,000 people – private and publicly listed.

Kylie is a non-executive director and advisory board member while proudly serving as an ambassador for the Queensland Futures Institute. She provides business advisory services and executive coaching in Australia and the United Kingdom. She has formal qualifications in organisational change management from the University of Technology in Sydney and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kylie holds a degree in politics, film and media from Griffith University, a masters in human resources from the Queensland University of Technology, and has studied strategic human resources at Harvard Business School.
