Milan Svoboda

Milan joined Clairfield in the Czech Republic in 2025. As an M&A director he is responsible for originating and managing M&A transactions.

Milan has more than 18 years of experience and has supported over 200 projects spanning transaction advisory, M&A, due diligence, and investment management. His sector experience includes machinery, manufacturing, TMT, real estate, pharma and healthcare, transportation, consumer, and industrial products.

Before joining Clairfield, Milan spent 10 years at EY and subsequently served as head of transaction advisory at BDO. He was also involved in the launch of the Kijonka‘s family office following the divestment of Packeta, where he was responsible for investment management at JSK Investments.

Milan graduated with a degree in corporate economics and management from the University of Economics and Business in Prague. During his time at university, he was involved in the founding of the Investors Club, and participated in international projects in across the Balkans, Denmark, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
