Nick Reed

Nick joined Clairfield in 2022, where he manages and advises on various projects such as disposals, acquisitions, management buy-outs, and fundraises.

Prior to joining Clairfield, Nick spent eight years in banking and finance with NatWest and ThinCats before joining the corporate finance team at Dains LLP in 2019. Nick’s corporate finance experience has seen him work on a number of projects, including disposals, buy-outs, capital raising and due diligence across various sectors.

Nick completed the ACCA Diploma in accounting and business in 2021.
